Kathy Howson - Office Manager

Kathy has over 40 years of experience in the dental field. She holds a Radiology license and has taken extended classes in Business Management. Her easy-going manner makes her ideal as the front line in our practice. She is nurturing, calm, and determined; attributes that make her an exemplary office manager. Kathy always finds the best way to help both patients and staff with their needs.

Kathleen Hartley - Treatment Coordinator

Kathleen has over 10 years experience in the dental field and has a business degree in accounting. She will complete your visit by making sure all your dental expectations have been met. Kathleen will help to provide you with the answer to all your financial and insurance questions. She will make every effort to maximize your dental benefits.

Lisa Pompura - Patient Relations

Lisa has over 25 years of dental experience having worked both at the front desk and as a dental assistant. She is extremely caring and kind, and works hard to make your dental visit pleasant. Her welcoming smile greets you as you come into our office.

Carol Shaw - Dental Assistant

Carol has over 40 years of dental experience and has been with the current practice for 28 years. She holds a license in Radiology and has taken courses in Dental Assisting, Infection Control, and Sterilization. Her warm, and caring demeanor is instrumental in establishing an upbeat, and positive climate in our office.

Eileen Masoni - Registered Dental Hygienist

Eileen has 26 years of dental experience. She began as a Certified Dental Assistant, but has been a Hygienist for the last 21 years. She received her certification from OSU in the Administration of Local Anesthetics. Eileen is gentle, consistent, and extremely thorough. She has the ideal skills and personality for her profession. That is why patients are so good about their recall appointments.

Betsey Grunkemeyer - Registered Dental Hygienist

Betsey has a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the Ohio State University College of Dentistry, and is licensed to administer local anesthesia. Her strength is in educating patients on the latest findings regarding oral hygiene and its effects on overall health. Betsey's patients enjoy her friendly, caring nature and look forward to seeing her for practical advise on improving their oral hygiene.

Jennifer Little - Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary

Jennifer has worked with Dr. Waddell for over 19 years and coordinates the entire office. Jennifer has 8 years of experience in a dental lab working in various capacities. She is a Certified Dental Assistant and licensed in Radiology and Coronal Polishing. This experience has proven invaluable to the practice. Jennifer received her certification for Expanded Function at OSU. She is compassionate, empathetic, and highly skilled.

Christina Buoni - Certified Dental Assistant

Christina has 6 years experience as a Certified Dental Assistant. Her committment to dentistry shows in her work and her interest in persuing additional education in Expanded Functions. Her goal is to welcome her patients, then anticipate and meet all of their dental needs while under her care.
